Care instructions

We bring to your attention general useful tips for caring for furniture for cats:

  • Dust should be removed from the surface of the furniture with a dry soft cloth (microfiber, suede, flannel) or special brooms.
  • Do not use scrapers or harsh cleaning sponges they leave small scratches.
  • Neither Under no circumstances should you use aggressive cleaning agents (containing chlorine, chemicals, solvents). No cleaning with abrasive detergents (such as baking soda).
  • All pillows can be washed in a washing machine on the gentle cycle (30 C).
  • Never leave items outside. All are intended for indoor use only.
How will my package be packed?
Your package will be packed in a sturdy cardboard box. Each piece in the box is wrapped with stretch film so that there is no friction between them. We also use polystyrene around the perimeter of the box and in the necessary places to prevent damage during transportation.
Is it possible to send furniture as a gift to another person?
If you indicate when ordering that this is a gift, then we will attach a greeting card with your note in addition to the order. Due to the fact that the parcels are large, gift wrapping is discussed individually.

Custom and personalized orders
We are fully responsible for our products, shipping, and delivery. In case of damage during delivery or loss of the package, we will send you a new product. Therefore, there is no cause for concern.
